Certified systems. Proven performance.
Compliance
Every RICTS system is backed by independent certification and industry accreditation. We work closely with regulatory authorities to ensure your project’s approval, insurance, and reliability from deployment to performance.
Our
Certifications
Agrément SA
Certificate of fitness for purpose — innovative building systems
Agrément SA evaluates building systems that fall outside conventional SANS standards. Certification means the system has been assessed for structural performance, durability, fire behaviour, thermal performance, and fitness for its intended use.
What this means for your project
An Agrément-certified system is recognised by local authorities, engineers, and insurers as having been independently assessed. It significantly reduces the technical risk of municipal approval for alternative building methods.
MBA Membership
Master Builders Association
The MBA is the primary industry association for building contractors in South Africa, representing members who meet standards of professionalism, financial standing, and technical competence.
What this means for your project
MBA membership signals that RICTS operates within the established standards of the South African construction industry under procurement processes that require industry association standing.
BBBEE Level 1
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
BBBEE Level 1 is the highest possible rating under the South African B-BBEE framework, reflecting transformation across ownership, management, skills development, procurement, and enterprise development.
What this means for your project
For public sector procurement and any project with transformation requirements, RICTS at Level 1 provides maximum preferential procurement points.
NHBRC
National Home Builders Registration Council
NHBRC registration is a legal requirement for any builder constructing residential dwellings in South Africa. It provides homeowner warranty cover and ensures builders meet minimum technical standards.
What this means for your project
Residential projects built using RICTS systems qualify for NHBRC warranty cover. This protects the end occupant and reduces liability exposure for developers and municipalities delivering housing at scale.
ISO 45001
Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
ISO 45001 certifies that an organisation manages occupational health and safety risks systematically, covering its own workforce and the environments it operates in.
What this means for your project
RICTS operates under a certified HSE management system. For projects in the public sector or with contractor safety requirements, this is a relevant compliance signal during procurement evaluation.

CIDB Grading 8GB and 7CE
Construction Industry Development Board
CIDB grading determines which public sector contracts a contractor is eligible to tender for. An 8GB grading is near the highest level for general building works.
What this means for your project
RICTS is eligible to tender for and participate in large public sector contracts, including government housing, education, and health infrastructure programmes.
ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management. Certification requires that an organisation’s processes, production, and outputs consistently meet defined quality requirements and are subject to ongoing audit and improvement.
What this means for your project
Every panel system RICTS manufactures is produced under a certified quality audited process.
